My guest this episode is Christina Pate, psychologist and leadership strategist.

Christina challenges a common assumption: that better leadership comes primarily from developing better people. Instead, she makes the case for looking at the conditions leaders operate within - and how those conditions shape habits and behavior, often more powerfully than any individual development effort.

This conversation was especially exciting for me, since the "Leadership Operating System" (LOS) is something I've been researching and applying in my own work for a couple of years now.
